Rosemary Sage Smudge Stick

This is a small rosemary smoke bundle made from leaves and stems.  

Rosemary has been used for healing and purification in incenses, hand washes and poppets.  It is a strong cleanser and purifier when burnt and when placed beneath a pillow it said to ensure a good sleep.  Rosemary has also come to be a symbol of remembrance, with sprigs being worn on ANZAC Day so it is fitting to use it to assist with connection to ancestors who have crossed over, particularly soldiers who have fallen during war. 


Instructions:
1. Light the leaves of the smoke bundle.
2. Place over a heatproof container to catch any falling ash.
3. Fan smoke with your hand, smoke fan or smoke feather.
4. Once you are finished you can stub your smoke bundle out in a small amount of sand in a heatproof container.
